🔄 Returns Policy

International customers have a 3-day trial and return period.

👉 How to return:

• Email: omgphpillows@gmail.com
• Include:
• Your order number and the product you want to return
• Product condition:
• If unused → confirm it is unused/unwashed and in original packaging
• If used → say you tried it but are not satisfied
• Reason for return
• Follow the return instructions sent to you by email
  

📌 Important:

• You will pay for return shipping.
• Refunds can take up to 1 week to process

⚠️ Claims (Damaged or Missing Items)

If:

• Your item is defective, or
• Something is missing

📌 Note:

• Check all parts first (pillow and the pillow cover)
• If you bought from a retailer, contact them instead

🛡️ Warranty Policy

• Comes with a 3 day  warranty from the purchase date
• Covers factory defects only (materials or workmanship)

❌ Not Covered (Pregnancy Pillow)

These are NOT included in the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
  
  → Natural changes over time from daily use
• Damage from неправиль care/washing
  
  → For example, if you don’t follow washing instructions
• Stains or spills
  
  → Any marks from liquids, dirt, or accidents
• Natural softening of filling (microbeads)
  
  → The pillow may become softer with use, and this is normal

⚠️ Important rules:

• Always use a cover with the pillow
• Inner pillow must be hand washed only
• Machine washing will void the warranty
